Scott & Associates Inc. provided us with Human Resources Management Consulting services to MTC through an acquisition of the facility operations. Scott & Associates Inc. provided my entire Management Team with Competency Based Interview Training and Executive Coaching Services in preparation of interviews with the acquiring organization. The Staff Training and Consulting Services provided to my Management Team exceeded expectations and prepared the Managers for placement with the new organization. A 98% success rate was achieved for the placement of our Management Team with the new organization. A post service delivery survey for the staff showed a 92% satisfaction rating. All training objectives and services were delivered. Excellent service was provided at a good value.
